How Courses Work

Structured Progress, Not Just Miles

Each course begins with a skills check so your instructor understands your current ability. Sessions then move through drills in a quiet area before heading onto the trail, so every new skill is practised under control.

Ride outs are planned around weather, group ability and trail conditions. Nothing is rushed, and you leave with clear notes on what to practise next.

  • Qualified, insured instructors
  • Small groups with a maximum of six riders
  • All ride routes risk-assessed before each session
  • Hire bikes and protective kit available

Common Questions About Our Courses

Do I need my own bike?

No. Hire bikes are available in a range of sizes. We recommend booking your preferred size in advance so the set-up can be checked before your first session.

What should I wear?

Wear full-length trousers or padded shorts, a long-sleeved top, closed footwear with a firm sole and a well-fitting helmet. Bring water and a light waterproof.

Can I move between courses?

Yes. Your instructor will advise when you are ready to progress. You can also use the account area to review your bookings and plan your next step.
